BEGINNING at a monument at the northeasterly corner of the
premises herein on the boundry line between the premises herein
described and the land now or formerly of Bender, which point of
beginning is at the southeast corner of the land of Wysocki, and
which point of beginning is 17 rode and 9 feet, more or lees,
southwest of the southerly side of Main Road; running thence south
32044050" west, along the land now or formerly of Bender, Wysocki
and Slawski, to a monument at the land now or formerly of Dyer;
thence north 54014100" west, along the last mentioned land througn
a monument 153.58 feet to the center line of Hackett's Court;
thence north 32"44150" east, along the last mentioned line, 147
feet; thence south 54014'00" east, 24.78 feet to a monument at
the land now or formerly of 'Wysocki; thence south 54°14000' east,
along the last mentioned land, 128.80 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with and SUBJECT to a right of way set forth in deed
recorded in liber 2270 of conveyances, page 370, in the Suffolk
county clerk's office.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by Fred W. Latham and Edna H.
Lathan, dated July 30, 1938, recorded January 19, 19439 liber
2270 of conveyances, page 370, in said county clerkta office,
the party of the first part herein being the same person as the
grantee therein.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show;
covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations and
zoning regulations of record, if any.
