THIS INDENTURE,made the 9th day of February ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight
BETWEEN
OTTO H. BISCHOFF and EMMA A. BISCHOFF, his wife, both residing at
Cedar Lane (no number), East Marion, New York 11939,
» party of the first part,and
3 ALBERT T. SCHALLER and MABEL E. SCHALLER, his wife, both residing
at 46-23 196th Place, Flushing 58, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in eonsideranon of len dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second Net,the heirs
or sucrossons and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvement.thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lots No. 101 and part of Lot No.
100 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Gardiners Bay Estates,
Section 2", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on September 23, 1927 as Map No. 275, being bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of an unnamed road
where it is intersected by the northerly side of Lot 102, both as
shown on said map; running thence South 81 degrees 28 minutes 50
seconds West, along the northerly side of Lots 102 and 106, as
shown on said map, 174.50 feet; thence North 15 degrees 31 minutes
10 seconds West, for part of the distance, along the easterly side
of Lot 107 on said map, 81.34 feet; thence North 64 degrees 10
minutes 50 seconds East, along land now or formerly of Schneider
and along land now or formerly of Gardiners Bay Co., 136.68 feet
to the westerly side of said road; thencealong the westerly side
of said road on the following tie lines, (1) South 30 degrees 01
minutes 10 seconds East, 70 feet and (2) South 35 degrees 12
minutes 20 seconds East, 62.93 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
