THIS INDENTURE,made the 5 u' day of April ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five
BETWEEN LAWRENCE H. REYBINE, residing at Orient, Suffolk County,
New York, and DEANE K. FOX, residing at Orient, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and JOSEPH L. SABORIDO, residing at Youngs Road, Orient,
Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WrrNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Youngs Road distant
1066.50 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly aide of Main Road and the westerly side of Youngs Road, which
point of beginning is at the northerly line of land of Hilton;
RUNNING THENCE South 80 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West along
the northerly line of land of Hilton, 165.00 feet to land of Hughes;
THENCE North 9 degrees 16 minutes 00 Seconds West along land of
Hughes and land of Latham. 200,00 feet to the land of Reybine and others;
THENCE North 80 degrees 44 minutes 00 Seconds East along land of
Reybine and others, 165.00 feet to the westerly Side of Youngs Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 9 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East along
the westerly side of Youngs Road, 200,00 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the partite
of the first part by deed dated July 17, 1954, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on July 22, 1954, in Liber 8720 of feeds at Page 501,
and by deed dated September 20, 1958, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on October 22, IgM, in Liber 4588 of feeds at Page 167.
