filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 23rd, 1927, under the
number 275; said plot being more particularly described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the point where the northwesterly line of Beach Court is
' intersected by the boundary line between Lots No. 154 and No. 155 as shown
on said map, and runn�ng thence north fifty degrees twenty-nine minutes
twenty seconds (N. 50 29' 20" W.) west one hundred fifty-four feet and
eighty-nine one-hundredths of a foot (154.891); 8hence north thirty-six
degrees thirty-two minutes thirty seconds (N. 36 32' 30" E. east four-
teen feet and three one-hundredths of a foot (14.03') to the southerly
line of Pine Place; thence east and southeasterly and southwesterly along
Pine Place and Beach Court as shown on said map to the point of beginning
TOGETHER with the right of way to pass and repass for street purposes
