lying and being in the Village of Orient, Town of Southold,' County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a monument on the Westerly side o1 Youngs Avenue 381.08
feet Northerly measured along said westerly side of Youngs Avenue
from the intersection of the westerly line of Youngs Avenue and the
Northerly line of Main Road, and which said point also marks the divi-
sion line between the premises described herein and the adjoining
premises on the act uth which was conveyed by Edwin H. King to Orient
Scout Lodge Association Inc., by deed dated 9-29-1961 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 10-6-1961 in Liber
5060 of deeds at page 370;
running thence along said division line North 700 101 4011 West
129.19 feet to an iron pipe in the Easterly line of a 30 foot private
road;
running thence along the Easterly line of said private road North

division line between the premises described herein and the premises
adjoining on the North which was conveyed by Edwin H. King to Lela

291;
