lawful money of the United States, ardother good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the accord part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbeingiothe Village of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a monument on the Westerly side of Youngs Avenue
381.08 feet Northerly measured along said westerly side of Youngs
Avenue from the intersection of the westerly line of Youngs Avenue
and the Northerly line of Main Road, and which said point also marks
the division line between the premises described herein and the ad-
joining premises on the south which was conveyed by Edwin H. King to
Orient Scout Lodge Association Inc., by deed dated September 29, 1961
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
October 6, 1961 in Liber 5060 of deeds at page 370;
running thence along said division line North 70° 10' 40" West
129.19 feet to an iron pipe in the Easterly line of a 30 foot private
road;
running thence along the Easterly line of said private road North
22° 06' 10" East 99.99 feet to an iron pipe in said road marking the
division line between the premises described herein and the premises
adjoining on the North which was conveyed by Edwin H. King to Lela
Tucker by deed dated October 17, 1958 recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 22, 1958 in Liber 4533 of
deeds at page 291;
running thence along said division line South 700 10' 40" East
123.78 feet to a stake in the westerly line of Youngs Avenue;
running thence along the westerly line of Youngs Avenue
(1) South 19° 49' 20" West 88.68 feet
(2) South 12° 34' 20" West 11.32 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
THIS conveyance is subject to mortgage made by Robert R. Schroeder
to the Southold Savings Bank in the amount of $24,900.00, dated
January 15, 1965, and about to be recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office.
