DEED BETWEEN
RICHARD A. DEES, residing at 277 Avenue C, New York, New York, 10009,

A. HARRY SCHNURR, residing at 277 Avenue C. New York, New York, 10009,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of
Ten ($10.00) --------------------------------------------------dollars,
lawful moneyof the United States,and other good and valuable consideration Paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant Send release unto the Party of the sewed Part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forcer,
ALL that certain plot,pica or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements therein erected,situate,
lying and being urxbe at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of State
Street (Skippers Lane) with the westerly side of Oyster Ponds Lane;
running thence along the northerly side of State Street North
63 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 66.27 feet to land now or for-
merly of George H. Cibell;
running thence along said land'the following courses and dis-
tances: (1) North 27 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds East 130.05 feet;
(2) South 63 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 68.33 feet to the
westerly side of Oyster Ponds Lane;
running thence along the westerly side of Oyster Ponds Lane
South 28 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West 129.63 feet to the cor-
ner of aforesaid at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the seller
by deed made by Charles E. Webb and Nary P. Hebb, his wife, dated
August 13, 1962, recorded in Liber 5219 cp 111 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on August 23, 1962.
THIS CONVEYANCE is subject to a mortgage made by the grantor
herein to the Southold Savings Bank on the 16th day of August, 19628
in the original amount of $6,500.00, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on August 23, 1962 in Liber 3923 of mortgages at page
370.
The grantee herein by his signature herebelow affixed agrees to
assume and pay the mortgage mentioned above.
THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED to correct a deed made by Richard A. Debs
to A. Harry Schnurr dated October 1, 1966 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on October q , 1966 in Liber Gs A cP 470, in
which the grantee's promise to assume and pay the existing mortgage
therein mentioned was inadvertently obliterated. The purpose of this
deed is to reinstate the grantee's promise to assume and pay the said
mortgage above mentioned and the grantee, by his signature herebelow
affixed evidences his agreement to do so.
