WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

premises about to be described which said point is the point or place

From said point or place of beginning running thence south 21'
55 minutes east along land now or formerly of James F. Douglass 125 feet
to other land now or formerly of James F. Douglass;
Running thence south 74' 40 minutes west 106.11 feet along last
mentioned land to the ordinary High Water Mark of Orient Bay;
Running thence along the Ordinary High Water Matk of Orient Bay
north 28' 28 minutes west 113.58 feet to other land of Charles M. Krull
and Rosemary Krull, his wife;
Running thence north 68' 05 minutes east along land of Charles M.
Krull and Rosemary Kroll, his wife, 118.37 feet to land of James F.
Douglass, the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right to use in common with others a certain
Right-of-Way 16 feet in width, running from the premises herein de-
scribed over the easterly portion of property lying to the north thereof
belonging to Charles M. Krull and Rosemary Kroll, his wife, (adjoining
land now or formerly of James F, Douglass) and
TOGETHER with a right to use in common with others, a certain Right-
of-Way 16 feet in width, over land conveyed by Maud E. Latham to Philip
Frey by Deed dated October 4, 1954 and land formerly of James F. Douglass
