AIL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,shoat, lying and being in-the, at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York more fully described as follows: IEGINNING at a concrete monument on the westerly boundary line of land now or formerly of the party of the second part at the easterly terminus of the southerly line of Aquaview Avenue, being the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of the party of the first part; and running alongthe southerly line of a 50 foot private road, S. 780 23' 30" E. - 65.18 feet; thence along land now or formerly of the second part, 2 courses, as follows: (1) parallel with said westerly boundary, S. 110 23' 30" E. - 115.04 feet; thence (2) at right angles to said westerly boundary, S. 780 36' 30" W. - 60.0 feet to said land now or formerly of the first part; thence along said land now or formerly of the party of the first part, N. 110 23' 30" W. - 140.51 feet to the point of beginning. Together with a right of way over said 50 foot private road from the northwesterly corner of the premises easterly about 125 feet to a 35 foot private road, and thence over said 35 foot private road southerly about 4500 feet to the Main Road. Also with a right of way over and the right to use in common with others a 40 foot strip of land, the westerly line of which is the easterly boundary of land conveyed by the party of the second part to Wm. G. Lenz, Jr.; and running from the northerly line of said 50 foot private road northerly about 275 feet to Long Island Sound. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the party of the second part to the party of the first part by deed dated May 26, 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on June 9th, 1954 in Liber 3705 of deeds at page 460.
