THIS INDENTURE,made the let day of Octobernineteen hundred and sixty-six
BETWEEN

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pan,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

Ponds Lane; running thence along the northerly side of State

along said land the following courses and distances: (1) North

West 129.63 feet to the corner of aforesaid at the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
seller by deed made by Edward W. Webb, dated June 21, 1956,
recorded in liber 4131 of conveyances, page 517,in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on June 21, 1956.
This conveyance is subject to a mortgage made by the grantor
herein to the Southold Savings Bank on the 16th day of August,
1962, in the original amount of $6,500.00, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 23, 1962 in liber 3923
