LATHAM, residing at Orient Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York party of the first part,and m SCANDIA PRODUCTSINC. a domestic corporation having its princ;pal place of business at State and Main Street, Westbury, County of Nassau and State of New York party of the second pan, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pan,in c.rvdee2tien of ten dollars paid by the party of the second pan,docs hereby r d srelease anquitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or surresson and assigns d the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon seeded,situate, lying and being in the at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Main Road where the same is intersected by the Northeasterly side of land now or formerly of Karcher which point is also distant 375.35 feat North- easterly from Platt Road and from said point of beginning; running thence along the Southeasterly side of Main Road North 65 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds East 223.75 feet to land raw or formerly of Strohmeysr, formerly Terry; running thence along said land South 37 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East 16 feet- running thence still along said land North 66 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East 132 feet to land raw or formerly of Meyer; running thence along said land and along land raw or formerly of Gillispie South 37 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East 1,157.25 feet to land am or formerly of Taber; running thence along said land South 48 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds West 335.23 fest to land raw or formerly of Karcher; running thence along said land North 37 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West 1,425.75 feet to the southeasterly side of Main Road at the point or place of BEGINNING. This is a correction dead given to correct an erroneous description contained in an earlier deed between the am* parties,which deed is dated October 4, 1963 and recorded in this Suffolk County Clark's Office on October 16, 1963 in Liber 5434 at page 54. TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the firstpart of,m and to any streets and roads abutting the abo.e-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appunenuras and all the estate and rights of the party of the First part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party,of the second pan forever. AND the party of the first pan,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lim Law,hereby covenants that thepartrtyy of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such ermsid- eration or a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply ment before using any part of the total of the same fo the same first to lire payment of the cost of the improver any other purpose.
