feet to a stake; thence along land of 4oseph Cherepowich and wife,
2 courses, as follows: (1) on a line parallel with the northerly
boundary line of said land of Volinski, North 64 degrees 31 minutes
40 seconds Hast a distance of 150.0 feet to a stake; thence (2)
parallel with said easterly line of Shipyard Lara, South 23 degrees
53 minutes 20 seconds Hast a distance of 75.0 feet to a stake and
said land of Volinski; thence along said land of Volinski, South
64 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 150.0 feet to
the point of beginning.

Cherepowieh and Sophie Cherepowich, his wife, to August Soanoski and
ZSgmond Sosnoeki by deed dated September 19th, 1953, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 24, 1953, in Liber
3584 of deeds at page 431.
