WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in coreideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the secund l.rt,docs hemhc grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
mccss,es and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,pine or parcel of land,with the building,and improvements thercon erected, situate,
b ing and being kK t at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
'.�of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between land of the parties of the
IIIfirst part and land of the party of the second part at the southwesterly corner of
jl said land of the party of the second part, said southwesterly corner being 146,46
feet westerly along the southerly line of said land from the westerly line of Youngs
S Road; from said point of beginning running along said land of the parties of the
first part, two courses, as follows:
(1) On the direct extension of said southerly line of said land of the party of
SII the second part, North 74 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds West 52,48 feet; thence
(2) North 50 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East 135.02 feet to an iron pipe
at the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by Reybine and another to the party
ISI of the second part; thence along said land, South 9 degrees 16 minutes East 54
feet, more or less, to a monument and said land of the party of the second part
first hereinabove mentioned; thence along said land, southwesterly 77 feet, more
'or less, to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to the provisions of a certain Declaration made by Lawrence H.
Reybine and Dwight A. Horne dated April 23, 1955 and recorded in Liber 3892
of deeds at page 202 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
This deed is given for the purpose of correcting an error in the description in a
deed by the parties of the first part hereto to the party of the second part hereto
dated August 16, 1958, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
I'August 21, 1958, in Liber 4503 of Deeds at page 11,
