BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by J. Burgess Jamieson and Erna E. Jamieson, his wife,
dated September 2, 1960, recorded in the office of the clerk of the County of
Suffolk in liber 4871 of deeds, page 81, on September 8, 1960.
