BEING, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to Edwin H. King by Deed from Ella G. Vail and Eugene S. Griffing, unmarried, being all the heirs at law of William Holks Griffing, deceased, dated March 10, 1952 and recorded April 8, 1952 in Liber 3338 of Conveyances at page 330 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, which said premises are located with reference to survey dated August 21, 1933 made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor, of Greenport, N,Y„ as a strip of land lying east of line running S. loo 36' E. 2459.04 feet, running from land formerly of Tuthill now of Schroeder southerly to north side of other land of Schroeder formerly of Francisco; no warranty is made as to survey location. By this conveyance, the party of the first part does hereby grant and release to the party of the second part, all her right, title and interest in and unto the above-described real property, to which she was entitled, pursuant to Last Will and Testament of George W. Schroeder, her husband, who died testate July 5th, 1963 (file number 866P/63 Suffolk County, New York). In addition to the aforementioned interest, the party of the first part does hereby grant and release to the party of the second part, all her right title and interest in and unto the share deeded to her by the party ot the second part, by dead dated December 14th, 1965, executed and delivered prior to the execution of this conveyance.
