THAT CERTAIN PLOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as plot 3 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Marion Manor, Situated at Bast Nation, Town
of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed November 25,
1952, by Otto W. VanTuyl 6 Son, licensed surveyors, in Greenport,
N. Y., owned and developed by Peter Blank 6 Son, Bast Williston,
\, N. Y., " and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on March 18, 1953, as map 2038.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Reif Spann, and Jo-Ennie
Spono by deed dated June 16, 1965 and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 5665 of deeds,
page 76.
This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage given by
Reif Spann and in-Ennis Spann to Dime Savings Bank which in
now a first mortgage upon the premises conveyed hereby and which
the party of the second part hereby assumes and agreesto pay as
part of the consideration for this conveyance.
