VanTuyl 6 Son, licensed surveyors, in Greenport, N. Y., owned and developed by Peter Blank 6 Son, Bast Williston, \, N. Y., " and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 18, 1953, as map 2038. BEING the same premises conveyed to Reif Spann, and Jo-Ennie Spono by deed dated June 16, 1965 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 5665 of deeds, page 76. This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage given by Reif Spann and in-Ennis Spann to Dime Savings Bank which in now a first mortgage upon the premises conveyed hereby and which the party of the second part hereby assumes and agreesto pay as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
