of said Kings Highway to a monument; running thence N. 70 251 W. along
land formerly of Orange D. Petty 357.85 feet to a point; running
thence N. 70 371 2011 W. along lands formerly of George Edwards, Ed-
ward Edwards and Nathaniel Edwards 977.15 feet to a monument located
on the top of the bank; and thence continuing northerly in the same
direction 61 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of
Long Island Sound; running thence along Long Island Sound 245 feet,
more or less, to land formerly of Daniel T. Tuthill; running thence
Southerly along said land formerly of Daniel T. Tuthill to a monument
located on the top of the bank; running thence the following three (3)
