line of land now or formerly of Foster; running thence northerly, along the
westerly line of Truman's Path, 50 feet to land of Knfep;thence south 64o514011
west, 100 feet;thence continuing the same course, a distance of 170 feet to the
easterly line of Marion Lake;thence in a general southerly direction, along the
easterly line of Marion Lake, to the northerly lined land now or formerly of
Foster;thence along land last mentioned, north 640514011 east, 275 feet, more
or less, to the point or place of beginning.
I Together with a right of way running 25 feet in width known as Truman's Path
from the Main Road to a point marking lands now or formerly of Vail; thence
southwesterly, about 335 feet and thencesoutheasterly about 200 feet to the bay,
said right of way being but 16 feet in width at the northerly end and the most
southerly courses thereof being of varying widths.
Beingknd intended to be a part of the premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed made by Roger K. Williams, dated and recorded August 28,
1959, in liber 4683 of convyeances, page 370, in the Suffolk county clerk's
office, referred to therein as Parcel H.
Subject to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations
of record, if any.
