Van Tuyl dated August 21, 1933. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, of, in and to the beach, waters and lands s under water of Long Island Sound lying to the North of the premises i herein described and also all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to any rights of way to said premises that may appear in former deeds to one Prank J. Tuthill so long as they do not affect the house-lot of the said Prank J. Tuthill on the northerly side of the Main Highway. By this conveyance, the party of the first part does hereby grant and release to the parties of the second part, all his right, title and interest in and unto the above-described real property, to which he was entitled, pursuant to Last Will and Testament of George W. Schroeder, his father, who died testate July 5th, 1963 (file number 866P/63 Suffolk County, New York). The interest of Marion Schroeder shall be one third share, and the remaining two-thirds interest shall be divided equally between Theodore Schroeder and Robert H. Schroeder. III
