BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of ■ 201 right of way
leading westerly from Youngs Avenue; said point of beginning being
N. 700 10' 40" W. - 150.0 feet along said northerly line from the
westerly line of said Youngs Avenue, and being also the southwesterly
corner of land c mveyed by the party of the first part to the parties
of the second part by deed dated March 24, 1960 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 30, 1960 In Liber 4788 at page
272; from said point of beginning running along land of the party of the
first part, N. 670 41' 10" W. -93.32 feet to land of Hughes; thence
along said land of Hughes, N. 700 48' 00" E. - 125.19 feet to a nomment
at the northwesterly corner of said land of the parties of the second
part; thence along said land of the parties of the second part, S. 220
36' 10" W. - 82.97 feet to the point of beginning.
