Luce by deed dated January 24, 1922 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 13, 1938 in Liber 2009 at Page 114. The said Iva L. Luce died a resident of Orient, Suffolk County, New York, on June 19, 1965, leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate in the Suffolk County Surrogate's court under File No. 1397 P 1965 on November 8, 1965, which said will devised the premises described herein in equal shares to Eloise F. Norkllm and Laura G. Ryder, subject to a life estate to N. Alfred Luce, who died a resident of Orient, Suffolk County, New York, on August 14, 1965. The said Lucy A. Luce, the grantor in deed referred to above, recorded in Liber 2009 at Page114, died a resident of Orient, `�� Suffolk County, New York, in the year 1951.
