THIS INDENTURE made the lO day of Len'� , 1961, between Abraham
B. Rosenberg and Agnes S. Rosenberg, his wife, both residing at 13
North Clover Drive, Great Neck, New York; Lewis E. Raymond, Jr., and
( Grace B. Raym , his wile, both residing at East Marion, New York,
and Catherine ' Cann, residing at 8675 Midland Parkway, JRmaica 32,
New York, par ies of the first part, and

part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of
the sum of $1.00, lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the parties of the second part, do
hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Rocky Point, East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the ordinary high water mark of Long Island
Sound where the same is intersected by the westerly line of Rocky
Point Road and running thence in a general westerly direction along
the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound 1330 feet, more
or less, to the northwesterly corner of land of Abraham and Agnes
Rosenberg; thence in a general southerly direction along the westerly
line of said land of Rosenberg, 100 feet, more or less, to the foot
of the bluff; thence in a general easterly direction along the foot
of the bluff as it winds roughly parallel with the said high water
line, about 1360 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of Rocky
Point Road; thence in a general northerly direction along the west-
erly line of Rocky Point Road, about 50 feet, more or less, to the
point or place of beinning.
