WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

County, New York, by Otto W. Van Tuyl and Sons, Licensed Land
Surveyors, Greenport, New York, filed in the Office of the County

of Suffolk, New York, on November 21, 1957, File #2777,
Me: ABS #2997.
Y• TOGETHER WITH an easement of right of way, in common with all owners
[ of all other lots on said map, in, over, and upon the street, adjacent
to and abutting upon said premises, for all ordinary purposes of in-
gress and egress to Main Road.
Said premises are sold subject to:
1. Any state of facts an accurate survey may show provided same does
ii.. not render the title unmarketable.

3. Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions dated November 21, 1957,

The party of the second part is informed and hereby acknowledges
notice that the party of the first part contemplates developing
premises retained by the party of the first part and fronting on and
along Main Road to a depth of not less than 200 feet nor more than

}; part, by the acceptance of the deed hereunder, covenants and agrees
' for themselves, their successors and assigns, that they have no ob-
jections thereto and waive any right of objection that may hereafter
