"Cu, "D", "E11, IIPII and "G", as shown on a certain map designated as
IIMap of Meadowland owned by Lucius Hallock situate at Orient, N. Y.",
made by Otto W, Van Tuyl, April 22nd, 1930." Said map being annexed
hereto and made a part hereof.
Intended to be all those premises south of Meadow Road of which
Lucius H. Hallock died seized and additional lands whioh party of the
first part has subsequently purchased.
Also all that certain piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements erected thereon, uf

BEGINNING at the intersection of the northwesterly line of Platt
Road with the northeasterly line of Orchard Street; from said point of
beginning running along said northeasterly line of Orchard Street, N. 64
551 00" W. - 17.12 feet; thence along land of the John Jagger Estate,
3 courses as followss
(1) N. 540 041 4011 E. - 269.96 feet to an iron pipe; thence
-(2) N. 360 05' 0" W. - 309.0 feet to a monument; thence
(3) N. 340 571 4911 We '- 25.0 feet to an iron pipet thence along land
of the party of the first part, 2 courses, as fol was
(1) N. 530 471 00" E. - 199.52 feet to an Iron pipe; thence
(2) S. 360 051 30" E. - 350.0 feet to an iron pipe on said northwesterly

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following covenant to which the party of
the second part does hereby agree and which shah run with the land and
be binding upon such party, his heirs and assigns, to wits

present south of Meadow Road, or if said party of the second part, his
1 heirs and assigns wish to change the location of said dike, he may erect
a dike of equal size and quality of workmanship along the entire length
of said premises south of Meadow Road connecting with high land now or
,I formerly of Percy Douglass, on the West and with "Dook property" of
grantor on the East; purpose of building and/or maintaining said dike
or dikes being to protect other lands of grantor north of Meadow Road.
