improvements erected thereon, situated at East Marion Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as fohowst- BEGINNIwG
at the northwesterly corner of land formerly of Edna A. Brown on the
easterly line of a certain twenty (20) foot right of way said easterly
line being parallel to and two hundred and ten (210) feet easterly from
the easterly line of Bay Avenue-, running thence northerly along said
Easterly line of said right of way sixty-six (66) feet; thence easterly
on a line parallel to the northerly line of land formerly of Marrletta
Smith Ketcham, one hundred and sixty-five (165) fa at, more or less, to
the Shore of Marion Lake- thence southeasterly along the shore of Marlon
Lake about sixty-eight (4) feet to the northeasterly corner of land now
of Edwin F. Salminen and Genevieve B. Salminen, his wife; thence westerly
along land now of Edwin F. Salminen and Genevieve B. Salminen, ')is wife,
one hundred and seventy-five (195) feet more or less, to the point of
beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in said Marion Lake abutting the premises, and with a right
of way running from the northwesterly corner of the premises soutLerly
over said twenty (20) foot right of way to another right of way twenty-
four (24) feet in width and thence westerly over said twenty-four (24)
foot right of way to said Bay Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Chester Ketcham by deed dated October 1st, 1953 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on October 13th, 1953 in
Liber 3594 at page 234.
