BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly side of Main Road
(Old Main Road), being the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Rose
and the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and from said
Point of beginning running thence along said land of Rose and along land now or
formerly of Peter Sledjeski, North 7 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds West 1399.44
feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence along
the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound on a tie line course, South
78 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds East 261.97 feet to land now or formerly of

running thence still along said land of Rose, South 22 degrees 00 minutes 40

said northerly line of Main Road, North 61 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West
319.50 feet to a concrete monument and the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Amelia Sledjeski
to Karol Sledjeski, the grantor herein by deed dated May 15, 1964 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 26, 1964 in Liber 5548 of deeds at
page 58, and by deed dated July 11, 1967 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on July 28, 1967 in Liber 6193 of deeds at page 113.
