County Clerk of Suffolk, New York, on November 21, 1957, file #2777, ABS #2997.
TOGETHER WITH an easement of right of may, in common with all owners of all other
lots an said map, in, over, and upon the street, adjacent to and abutting upon
said premises, for all ordinary purposes of ingress and egress to Hain Road,
Said premises are sold subject to:
1. Any state of facts an accurate survey may show provided same does not render
L the title unmarketable.
LL 2. Zoning regulations and ordinances of the Town of Southold.
3. Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions dated November 21, 1957, filed in the
County Clerk's Office of Suffolk in Liber No. 4406, Page No. 154, filed
December 19, 1957.
The party of the second part is informed and here iy acknowledges notice that
Woodhollow Properties, Inc., a domestic corporation having its principal place
of business at 8243 Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury, Nassau 'ounty, New York, con-
templates developing premises retained by the aforesaid party fronting on and
along Main Road to a depth of not less than 200 feet nor more than 400 feet for
business uses and purposes, and the party of the second part, by acceptance of
the deed hereunder, covenants and agrees for themselves, their successors and
assigns, that they have no objections thereto and waive any right of objection
that may hereafter accrue by reason thereof, and further covenants and agrees to
execute and acknowledge any and all instruments deemed necessary by Woodhollow
Properties, Inc., its successors and assigns, in furtherance of and to effectuate
such development.
