paid by the party of the Second part,does=by grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,
lyingand bring R4lltoc at East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of Rocky Point Road at the
x southwesterly corner of land of the party of the first part and the northwesterly
corner of land of West; from said point of beginning running along said easterly
.c line of Rocky Point Road, N. 80 30' 00" W. - 115.51 feet; thence along land
conveyed or about to be conveyed by the party of the first part to Chris Peters,
pa so N. 710 09' 30" E. - 152.48 feet; thence along said land of the party of the first
part on a line parallel to and 150.0 feet easterly from said easterly line of Rocky
Point Road, S. 80 30' 00" E. - 92.01 feet to said land of West; thence along said
land of West, two courses as follows:-
(1) S. 620 34' 10"W. - 52.09 feet; thence
(2) S. 620 52' 00"W. - i6o.30 feet
to the point of beginning.
The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in the deed dated 9/17/35
recorded 11/4/35 Liber 1837 cp 297; in deed dated 7/-/33 recorded 11/4/33 Liber
1788 cp 62; in deed dated 6/17/33 recorded 11/4/33 Liber 1738 cp 65; in deed
dated 6/17/33 recorded 11/4/33 in Liber 1738 cp 68 and in deed dated 11/26/49
recorded 11/30/49 in Liber 3022 cp 114.
TOGETHER with all right,tide and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
all all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part.the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covermas that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said yremises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid.
