THIS INDENTURE,made the �pk, day of December ,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven
RETWEEN LAWRENCE PROPERTIES, INC., a New York Corporation having
its principal office at 150 Broad Hollow Road, Melville, N. Y.,
Party of the first part,and ORIENT REALTY COMPANY, a partnership with offices

party of the second part,
WTrNFSIET K that the party of the firstpart,inconsideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pan,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being dlsalla at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road
where the same is intersected by the westerly side of land now or
formerly of Lloyd Terry, formerly Caroline Terry, formerly Marcus
Terry; running thence along the northerly side of Main Road South
86 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds West 433.71 feet to land now or
formerly of H. Latham; running thence along said land North 8 degrees
09 minutes 40 seconds West 249.61 feet; running thence along said
land and along land now or formerly of P. Zabriskie North 87 degrees
35 minutes 00 seconds West 217.73 feet to land now or formerly of
W. Duvall; running thence along said land North 12 degrees 41 minutes
30 seconds West 168.09 feet to land now or formerly of Rufus Tuthill
Estates; running thence along said land North 13 degrees 12 minutes 10
seconds West 2133.23 feet to the Long Island Sound; running thence
along the same the tie line of which bears North 80 degrees 38 minutes
50 seconds East 574.13 feet to said land of Lloyd Terry; running
thence along said land South 14 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East
2644.79 feet to the northerly side of Main Road at the point or place
of BEGINNING. This conveyance is made in the regular course of busines
of theparty of the first part and the consent of stockholders is not
required.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage in the amount of SIXTY-FIVE
THOUSAND ($65,000.) DOLLARS.
SUBJECT to a second mortgage in the amount of FIFTEEN
THOUSAND ($15,000.) DOLLARS.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
,Pads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to aid premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever,
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the firm part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the firstJlart N'ill receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right m receive such consid.
