Latham; running thence along said land North 8 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds West 249.61 feet; running thence along said land and along land now or formerly of P. Zabriskie North 87 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West 217.73 feet to land now or formerly of W. Duvall; running thence along said land North 12 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West 168.09 feet to land now or formerly of Rufus Tuthill Estates; running thence along said land North 13 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds West 2133.23 feet to the Long Island Sound; running thence along the same the tie line of which bears North 80 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds East 574.13 feet to said land of Lloyd Terry; running thence along said land South 14 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East 2644.79 feet to the northerly side of Main Road at the point or place of BEGINNING. This conveyance is made in the regular course of busines of theparty of the first part and the consent of stockholders is not required. SUBJECT to a first mortgage in the amount of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($65,000.) DOLLARS. SUBJECT to a second mortgage in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($15,000.) DOLLARS.
