Parcel 1
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, generally bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the boundary line between land of the party of
the first part and land of the party of the second part at the northeasterly corner
of land heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part to James S. Leddy and
Alice Leddy, said point of beginning being 137.83 feet easterly along the northerly
boundary line of said land of Leddy from the easterly line of Main Street, or
Village Lane; from said point of beginning running thence easterly along land of
the party of the first part and land now or formerly of E. Andrade, 170 feet,
more or less; thence southerly along land now or formerly of J. Andrade, 110
feet, more or less, to land of Vail; thence westerly along land of Vail, 103 feet,
more or less, to the extension northerly of the easterly line of Vincent Street;
thence along the northerly line of other land of the party of the first part (Parcel
II hereinafter described) and along land now or formerly of Tuthill, 120 feet,
more or less, to an iron pipe set at the southeasterly corner of said land of
Leddy; thence along the easterly boundary line of said land of Leddy, North 31
degrees 46 minutes East, 102.21 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by W. Sing Young by deed dated November 28, 1934, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 30, 1934, in Liber
1791 of Deeds at Page 307,
Parcel II
ALL of the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to
all that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Orient,
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, generally bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point dbere the extension easterly of the northerly line of
Fletcher Street intersects the easterly line of Vincent Street, from said point of
beginning running thence northerly along land now or formerly of Vail. being the
extension northerly of said easterly line of Vincent Street, a distance of 80 feet,
more or less, to other land of the party of the first part (Parcel 1 hereinabove
described). running thence westerly along land last mentioned 43 feet, more or
less, to land now or formerly of Tuthill; thence southerly along said land of
Tuthill, being the extension northerly of the westerly line of Vincent Street, a
distance of 80 feet, more or less, to said northerly line of Fletcher Street;
thence easterly in a direct extension of said northerly line of Fletcher Street,
45 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
Excepting, however, from the above described premises, a right of way
over the same from the northerly terminus of Vincent Street to the premises
now or formerly of Samuel G. Vail lying to the east of the above described
„ premises.
