partyofthefirstpan,and FUMY OSCHMANN and GRACE OSCHMANN, his wife, both
residing at 58 Hill Drive, Oyster Bay, New York

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or succeswrs and assigns of the party of the second pan forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbeinginthe All that plot of land, situate at East Marion in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, which
plot is known as and by the Lot Numbers Eight-A and Nine-A (8A and
9A) as shown on a Map entitled "Map of Section Two Gardiner's Bay
Estates, situate at East Marion, Long Island." which map was filed
in Suffolk County Clerks Office on September 23, 1927, under #275.
Together with a right of way to pass and repass for
Street purposes over all of the streets as shown upon said map in-
cluding "the paths" leading to the beach, the fee in the land in the
• said streets and paths, however, remaining in Gardiner's Bay Com-
pany, Inc. or its successors and assigns.
Together with rights of way and easements for the use
of the beach as contained in the heed from Gardiner's Bay Company,
Inc, to James H. Hicks and May R. Hicks, his wife, dated June 27,
1944,
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the
said Deed from Gardiner's Bay Company to James H, Hicks and Nay R.
fdcks, his wife, dated June 27, 1944 including the covenant to pay
/ the rent at the rate of $5,00 per year for the use of the beach all
as set forth in said Deed.
Subject to three (3) certain mortgages consolidated into
one (1) mortgage upon which there is now due the sum of Seven Thou-

00 sand Four Hundred Ninety-two Dollars and Nineteen Cents ($7,492,19),
plus interest.
