SUBJECT to the right of Amelia Sledjeski to grant rights of way to others over
said right of way and the right to convey said premises to a municipality for
highway purposes without the consent of the parties hereto, in which event said
right of way shall cease and terminate.

Hoary SledjeskL the party of the first part herein, by deed dated January 14, 1964,
