ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

or formerly of the Estate of George H. Terry;
THENCE North 74 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds Fast along said last
mentioned land 115,68 feet to land now or formerly of Carl King;
THENCE South 14 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East along said land
now or formerly of Carl King 106,6 feet to the northerly side of King
Street;
THENCE South 72 degrees 31 minutes 30 second s West along the northerly
side of King Street 115,5 feet to the point or place of beginning.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed
by Julius J. Damm as mortgaor to Philip N. Jeiler as mortgagee, which
mortgage is dated Nay 1, 1992 and was recorded on May 15, 1962 in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3853 of Mortgages
at page 180, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of
$ overt, , with interest thereon at the rate of five and one-half
( 71';6) per cent per annum from November 15, 1962, and that the grantee
hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as
part of the consideration, for this conveyance.
