In the village of orient / ooft3outhouffolk and State of New York,
bounded as follows, ,
Northwesterly by beach land now or formerly of Augustus Hommel or
his wife, and northeasterly by the highway known as Bay Avenue; south-
easterly by lends now or formerly of J. C. Ackers Estate, the line bein
marked by a stake and a fence, the same running from the said highway t
the Harbor, and southwesterly by Orient Harbor, the said beach lend
measuring in length, beginning at the line of the said lands now or
formerly of J. C. Ackers Estate, running northwesterly forty-one feet
to the said beach land now or formerly of Augustus Hommel, and running
from the said highway to the Harbor.
Subject to the right of Mary E. Latham and her heirs to remove all
sea-weed drift that may land on said beach to the adjoining beach now
or formerly of H. H. Terry.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Anne W.
Brenzinger by John T. Nolen by deed dated July 219t, 1937 a,.d recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 212t, 1937 in Liber 1934
at page 459.
