southeasterly line of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to
Alfred G. Edward and Betsy C. Edward, his wife, (said land now being the
property of the parties of the second part) and running thence southeasterly

at right angles to the southwesterly side of West Ione one hundred twenty-

of the first part to said Alfred G. Edward and wife forming a plot with
one hundred (1002) feet frontage all owned by the said FERDINAND
NEUMER and BEATRICE M. NEUMER, parties of the second part. It being the
Intention that the parcels now beteg used and considered to be one plot of
land subject to all of the covenants, restrictions and reservations and with
all of the easements and beach rights as set forth in the deed made by the
parties of the first part to Alfred G. Edward and Betsy C. Edward.
