beginning being the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Young;
from said point of beginning running thence N. 620 57' 40" W. - 126.12 feet
to an iron pipe; thence N. 260 29' 50" E. - 65.0 feet to land now or formerly of
Horne; thence along said land now or formerly of Horne S. 620 57' 40" E. -
125.91 feet to said westerly line of Village Lane; thence along said westerly
line of Village Lane S. 260 18' 50" W. - 65.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Allen A.
Mickle and Hazel E. Mickle, also known as Esther H. Mickle, his wife, by Edward
H. Groenke by deed dated November 16, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County

northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Asch; running thence along said
easterly line of Oyster Ponds Lane, N. 280 18' E. 143.20 feet; thence along
land now or formerly of Groenke, S. 640 19' E. 200.26 feet to land now or
formerly of Volinski; thence along said land of Volinski and land now or formerly
of Luce, S. 260 20' 50" W. 143.08 feet to land now or formerly of Arabella Way;
th::nee along said land of Arabella Way, land of Knox and land of said Asch, N. 640
19' W. 204.56 feet to the point or place of beginning.
