ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Now York, bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a granite monument which is the point Of intorsoction of the westerly line of Munn Lane and the line between the Beach and upland as shown on a map, surveyed October 18th 1917 by Halsey be Vn la Tuyl, Engineers and Surveyors of Gromport, N.Y., of map entitled Map showing Division of Beach at Mantaloking Hills, Orlent,11.Y.1 , thence from said beginning easterly S, 850 16' E. 170.1 foot to lands now or formerly of one Dyer; thence northerly 00 53' W. 42.3 foot to a granite monument and continuing northerly along the same courso 25 foot more or lose to the high water mark on Long Island Sound; thence westerly alonund 165 foot to agpointhigh aboutater mark on Long northerly of the Point d ofobeginning; and thence re or ass the thence southerly 560 44' W. 42 feet to the point or place of beginning. Together with rights and rostrictlons In former deeds of record. Being part of the same premises conveyed to Franklin A. Dorman by Lilian Dwight Stern by deed dated February 25th 1916 and recordeddr h in Buffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 923 of Deeds, page 430, Ma 2nd 1916. It being the purpose of this instrtmont to c covey an undivided interest of the. interests of Anne F. MacKay, Alison M. Millie and John A.
