of a right of way 30 feet wide; thence Northerly along the East line of
said right of way 204.70 feet to the South line of Kings Highway and
thence Easterly along the South Line of Kings Highway 93.05 feet tot he
point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
described premises to the center lines thereof.
This being the same parcel as conveyed by DOROTHEA E. HUMES to
CHARLES R. MOSBACK by deed dated the 2nd day of November, 1962 and re-
corded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 4, 1963 in Liber
5287, Page 578 of Deeds. It being the purpose of this deed to create
a tenance by the entirety between the grantees hereunder.

the extension southerly of the center line of the above described 30
foot right of way.
SUBJECT to the right of the party of the first part in common with
others to use the beach between the bulkhead and the high water mark.
THIS being the same parcel as conveyed by Dorothea E. Humes to
Charles R. Mosback by deed dated the 2nd day of November, 1962 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 4, 1963 in Liber
