GEORGE H. MORTON and PLOY M. MORTON, his wife, both residing
at Main Road, East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk.County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being dull at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of Now York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Rocky Point
Road (Sound Avenue) distant 285.75 feet northerly when measured along
the easterly side of Rocky Point Road from the corner firmed by the
intersection of the easterly side of Rocky Point Road with the
northerly aide of Main Road; running thence along the easterly side
of Rocky Point Road, North 9 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds West
100 feet; running thence North 66 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds East
186.39 feet to land now or formerly of Adams; running thence along
said land South 9 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds East 100.05 feet;
running thence South 66 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West 186.18
feet to the easterly side of Rocky Point Road at the point or place
of BEGINNING.
