Adams Estate and the northwest corner of land now or formerly of Harry
Adam; running thence south 720 25' 00" east 340.42 foot to other lands
of Stuart C.Dorman; running thence north 70 31' 10" east 60 foot; run-
ning thence at approximately right angles to the last course in a wost-
erly direction to the point or place of beginning. Being and intended
to be a triangular parcel of property lying directly to the north and
contiguous with other lands of Isabel D. MacKay, and John J. MacKay.
The foregoing description is based upon survey dated May 22, 1951 by
Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, revised May 27, 1960.
It is not intended that the property conveyed shall carry with it any
right of access to the private road lying to the oast.
Being and Intended to be the same promises conveyed by Stuart C. Dorman
and Barbara B. Dorman, his wife, to Isabel D. MacKay by dood dated Juno
2, 1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clork's Office on Juno 3,
1965 In Liber 5755 of Deeds at page 455.
