Latham; thence along said land of Latham (and along land now or formerly of Wm. Y. Terry, Jr.), North 37 degrees 10 minutes 50 se- conds West 128.93 teat LI the southwesterly corner of said land of Spencer; thence along said land of Spencer, North 66 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds East 124.33 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way 50 feet or more in width from the southeasterly corner of the premises, northerly along said promisee and along said land of Spencer 250 feet to the Main Road. SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any.
