WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable cons deatiohmrn
paid by the party of the second pan,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pan,
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of a certain
right of way hereinafter described, at the southeasterly corner of
lands now or formerly of Fred Spencer, said pipe being 150.0 feet
southerly along the easterly line of said land of Spencer from the
southerly line of Main Road; running thence along said right of
way South 35 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East 100.0 feet to an

minutes 30 seconds East 124.33 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 50 feet or more in width from the
southeasterly corner of the premises, northerly along said promisee
and along said land of Spencer 250 feet to the Main Road.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if..,,.f the party of the first pan in and o,any sirens and
roads abutting the aloe described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and right,of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or soccessors and assigus of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first pan covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said preenises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of he first part.in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien law,covenants that the pan'of
the first part will re,rive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid

crxlion as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improveent and will appl,
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any port of the total of the sante fir
