same is intersected by the northerly side of premises herein and land now or formed y
of George R. Latham; running
thence south 32 degrees 48 minutes west along the westerly side of Main Street 70.00
feet to land now or formerly of McNeill;
thence north 60 degrees 06 minutes Wcst along said last mentionedland 141.40 feet
to land now or formerly of George R. Latham;
thence along said last mentioned land the following 2 courses and distances:

by Charles F. Vineelette and Anna J. Vincelette, his wife, by decd dated March
