seconds West 172.45 feet to land of Moohr; thence along Said land of Moohr and

East 147.59 feet to said southwesterly line of King Street; thence along said
southwesterly line South 25 degrees27 minutes 00 Seconds East 171.71 feet to
the point of BEGINNING.

westerly to a width of 50 feet where it adjoins Orient Bay, said right of way be-
