ALL those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being in
the hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
PARCELI
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly tine of Main Road where the boundary
line between the land of the party of the first part and land of the party of the
second part intersects said road line, and being 193 feet westerly along said road
line from the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of the Fred Terry
Estate; running thence westerly along said southerly line of Main Road, 296 feet;
thence southerly along other land of the party of the first part on a line parallel
to the center line of the existing roadway which runs from the Main Road southerly
to the residence of the party of the second part, to land of the party of the second
part; thence along said land of the party of the second part, two courses:
(1) Easterly about 296 feet; thence
(2) Northerly to the point or place of beginning.
It being the intention of the party of the first part to convey to the party of the
second part a parcel of land having a frontage of 296 feet on the Main Road with as
much depth in a southerly direction from the said Main Road as the party of the
first part owns.

ALL that plot, piece or parcel of land in Broad Meadow, so called, bounded
and described as follows: Northerly by unknown owner; easterly by lands now
or formerly of Terry and Demarest; southerly by lands of Edward W. Latham,
the party of the second part herein; and westerly by land of unknown owner.
Said parcel of meadow land containing four or five acres, more or less.
