BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
.first part by Roswell H. Tuthill and Fannie L. Tuthill, his wife, by
e deed dated December 19th, 1917 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on December 315t, 1917 in Liber 961 of deeds at page 183.
This deed is given to correct the description in a prior deed from the
party of the first part to the parties of the second part dated August
21st, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on August
24th, 1961 in Liber 5038 of deeds at page 360.
