feat, more or less; thence along the Southeasterly terminus of Said Private
Road, N. 180 371 E.-25.0 feet to the southeasterly corner of land conveyed
or to be conveyed by the party of the first part to Peter Blank, III; then**
along the last-mentioned land, N.340 001 E.-250 feet, more or lees, to the
ordinary high water mark of Pete Nook Creek; thence southeasterly and then
