The party of the first part.reserves his rights to a certain right-of-way for ingress and egress across the road heretofore owned by the.party.of the second part, running through "Little Woods- from the property heretofore conveyed by the party of the second part to the party of the.first part, which Deed is recorded in Liber 4991 of Deeds, page 587, in the Office.of the County Clerk pf Suffolk County, and in the Dead from the party of the second Part to the party of the first part, which Deed is recorded in Liber 4991 of Deeds, page 583, in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, and in the Correction Deed from the party of the second part to the party of the first part, recorded in Liber 5286 of Deeds at page 15 in the Office of the County Clark of Suffolk County. /
