running thence along said 3 foot strip of land two courses as
follows: (1) S. 00 31' 10” W. - 161.31 feet; thence (2)
S. 30 43' 30" E. - 202.0 feet; thence continuing along lased of
Prances E. Douglass, three courses as follows: (1) S. 160 43' 40"
E. - 542.48 feet; thence (2) S. 320 51' 00" E. - 329.35 feet;
thence (3) S. 80 04' 00" E. - 158.55 feet to the northwesterly
corner of land conveyed or to be conveyed by the party of the first
part to M. L. Blank; thence along the last-mentioned land, S.

Private Road. The westerly line of the 33-foot and the 25-toot
Private Road is 33 feet and 25 feet, respectively,.westerly from
the above described easterly line.
The party of the first part.reserves his rights to a certain
right-of-way for ingress and egress across the road heretofore
owned by the.party.of the second part, running through "Little
Woods- from the property heretofore conveyed by the party of the
second part to the party of the.first part, which Deed is recorded
in Liber 4991 of Deeds, page 587, in the Office.of the County Clerk
pf Suffolk County, and in the Dead from the party of the second
Part to the party of the first part, which Deed is recorded in
Liber 4991 of Deeds, page 583, in the Office of the County Clerk
of Suffolk County, and in the Correction Deed from the party of
the second part to the party of the first part, recorded in Liber
5286 of Deeds at page 15 in the Office of the County Clark of
Suffolk County. /
