New York, TAXNAF— I _ �q par® of the second part, NUUP9104, that the part y of the first part,in consideration of One Dollar,lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid by the part y of the second pan, do as hereby remise,release and quitclaim onto the party of the second pan, his heirs and assign forever, AU his right, title and interest in and to all that certain piece or parcel of land, situate at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being a right of way southerly to Orient Bay in common with others for pedestrian use across the following described premises: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southwesterly line of a certain 25 foot Private Road at the northeasterly corner of land of Margaret L. Strachan and running thence southeasterly along said Private Road 8.02 feet; thence southerly on a line parallel to and 8 feet east- erly from the easterly line of said land of Margaret L. Strachan, 250 feet; thence easterly on a line at right angles to the last described course 42 feet; thence southerly on a line at light angles to the last described course 30 feet more or less to Orient Bay; thence westerly along Orient Bay 50 feet more or less to said land of Margaret L. Strachan; thence northerly along said land 280 feet more or less to the point of BEGINNING. Said right of way having been granted to the party of the first part by deed dated December 28, 1962 and recorded 1n the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York, on December 31, 1962 in Liber of Conveyances 5286 at page 25, the grantee herein, George H. Latham, Jr. being the fee owner of the above described real property burdened by said right of way, the said George H. Latham, Jr., having acquired said fee title by said deed dated December 28, 1962 and recorded on December 31, 1962 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, State of New York, In Liber of Conveyances 5286, at page 35, said right of way being further described as Plot •E• on a map filed with Family Agreement recorded on March 26, 1965 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, State of New York, in Liber 5719, page 484.
