That the Party of the First Part in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00), lawful money of the United States, and
other good and valuable considerations but not in excess of
One Hundred Dollars, paid by the Party of the Second Part,
does hereby grant and release unto the Party of the Second
Part, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, for-
ever, all her right, title and interest in and to all that
certain tract or parcel of land with the buildings and other
improvements thereon situate, lying and being north of Kings
Highway in Orient in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at Monument #9 as shown on a map entitled
"Survey of the 'CedarsO Property of Mary M. Stephenson at
Orient, Suffolk Co., N.Y. Surveyed Nov. 28/05 by C. R.
Van Buskirk, C.E. 108 Van Sicklen St., Brooklyn, N.Y." a copy
of which said map was filed July 11, 1906 in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office as File No. 421;
Thence running northerly by a straight line 445 feet
more or lees to Monument #12 as shown on said map;
Thence running westerly by a straight line 127 feet
more or less to Monument #13 as shown on said map,
Thence running southerly along the easterly edge of a
Private Road as shown on said map, a distance of 350 feet more
