In Suffolk County Clerkts office on September 23rd, 1927, under the
muber 275, and which portion is described as follows:
SWIMMING at the point where the division line between lots 83 and !I
84 intersects the westerly line of the street which is unnamed on the
filed step of Gardiner's Bay Estates and running thence westerly along
said lot 84, which was conveyed to the party of the second part by deed
dated November 1, 1954 and is recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office
In Liber 3819 of deeds at pegs 85, 170 feet to the easterly line of lot
97 as shown on said map and running thence northerly along lot 97 as
shown on said map 20.5 feet; thence easterly through lot 83 and along
land about to be conveyed to Paul M. Gabbert and Margaret E. Gabbert,
his Wife, to the westerly side of said street and running thence
southerly along said street 27.25 feet along said street to the point
of beginning.
This plot is conveyed With the same right of Way and easements and
subject to the same restrictions and covenants as are set forth in the
prior deed to the party of the second part conveying said lot 84 with
the exception that the party of the second part Is not to pay additional
beach rents but for all purposes as to covenants of restriction and
easements Vp plot 84 together with approximately one-half of lot 83
are to be considered as one plot.
